Cancellation & Refund Policy

Normal Days "Standard rate" Excluding any discounted offers.

1. 10 days before arrival, refundable.
2. 9 days, you will be charged by 50% as a cancellation fee.
3. From 01 – 08 days before arrival, Nonrefundable.

Public Vacation Days & Discounted Offers

1. For any public vacation and discounted offers, the reservation deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation or re-scheduling request.

No Show Policy

1. If the guest does not arrive within 6 hours after the official check-in time and no communication is made, the reservation will be considered a No Show.
2. In case of No Show, the booking is automatically canceled and non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

Important Notice for Egyptian Nationals

1. According to the Tourism Ministry's policy, mixed groups within the same suite are not permitted for Egyptians; only married couples are accepted.

🚫 Pool & Premises Policy

1. No alcohol is allowed in the pool area.
2. All kinds of drugs are strictly forbidden on our premises.
